No one gets left behind you get real help when you need it. The content is extremely up to date, practical, and relevant to what’s actually happening in the market right now. You can tell Marty is not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in student success. If you’re looking for the best real estate education in the valley, this is it. I couldn’t recommend this class more highly.

There are so many positive things to say that I may run out of room. First of all, Marty is extraordinary, as is his wife Joy who does the administrative work. My situation was different than most, I'm just desperately trying to get back to being productive after being destroyed by covid. Marty is patient, reassuring, and most importantly knowledgeable. He has decades of experience in the field, but he also stays on top of every single aspect of being a real estate agent by monitoring any changes to the law or rules. I don't know if I could have accomplished this without his guidance and it took me way longer than either. One of us probably wanted it to. But if you're trying to determine which real estate school to attend, it's this one. Even if you have to drive a little ways to get to his office, it's worth the extra miles. Real estate is like learning a new trade and a new language. At the same time. You need the guidance of someone who knows what he's doing, has been there and can answer your questions, because you will have questions. Get them answered by an expert!

My experience with Baum School of Real Estate was excellent, and Marty 100% prepared me to pass the Pearson VUE exam on my first try. By sharing real world examples with both humor and insight, he made the material both interesting and easy to retain. I looked forward to each session and enjoyed the interactions among the students as well.

I dont write alot of reviews but the Baum School helped me pass my school and state test first try. The way Marty teaches makes it easy to grasp on to concept with his stories and examples. I dont learn well online so having him in person was so beneficial. Signing up for broker school with him as well.

Marty is by far THE TOP real estate teacher in all of Arizona. Many students have come from other schools have come from being unsuccessful to PASSING and actually LEARNING the concepts. I took my pre-licensure course and passed with ease because of him. I even recommended others to take it. He's there for any questions you have and even offers tutoring. Every student I've recommended has always had a great experience with him. He always keeps his instruction is up-to-date. His teaching style is crafted for you to pass the test. It's possibly the most optimal method of getting you through both the school and state exam. After passing, I would never go with any other instructor other than the BAUM!
